Big City built platform to help realize dreams in Christmas

        From November 19 to 23, Big City, together with Association for Victims Supports, held the "new birth market"; this time, the hand-made products are quite rich, including handmade bread and biscuits, special food of various counties and cities, fragrance products, and hand-made leather accessories. The victim's original happy life was torn by misfortune. By learning a skill, they have the ability to re-enter the society. This market provides them with a platform to show their works.

        In addition, Big City, together with the Social Services Department of Hsinchu City Government, organized the "2020 Christmas wish card" activity. So far, it has been the fourth year of the program, helping nearly 500 disadvantaged teenagers aged 0-18. This year's theme was "dreams realized and love conveyed". Because of domestic calamity or congenital deficiencies, these young people become the disadvantaged groups. The children write down their wishes on the cards, hoping to receive a gift of their own before Christmas. Although affected by the epidemic this year, people's love has not decreased. After the decoration of the Christmas wish wall of Big City was completed, many people immediately paid attention to it. Some customers from Taipei went to Big City donated gifts, hoping to help these groups with their own strength.

        Mr. Luo Shiqing, President of Big City, said that Big City is not only a shopping center, but also a platform for arts, culture and public welfare. He hoped that by holding public welfare activities, customers can enjoy their leisure time on weekends and spread their love.
