        Chairman Douglas Hsu believes that the corporate culture emphasized by the founder Yu-Ziang Hsu at that time was sincerity, diligence, simplicity and prudence. In recent years, "innovation" has been added. This year, affected by the epidemic, the group has accelerated the pace of innovation by focusing on "re -imagining", "repositioning" and "reinventing". Enterprises must "re-imagine" new development and "reposition" the value of their existence. Most importantly, they should "reinvent" themselves and think about how to provide newer and better services so as to make the connection between customers and enterprises closer.
