OUCC holds its 2025 shareholders' meeting

　　On May 19th, Oriental Union Chemical Corporation (OUCC) held a shareholders' meeting. Despite facing multiple challenges such as geopolitical, energy fluctuations, and China's capacity expansion, the petrochemical industry is facing severe tests in 2024. The company still relies on a stable transformation strategy to actively expand its specialty chemicals and gas related products. Its operating performance is stable, with consolidated revenue of NTD 23.8 billion for the whole year, an annual increase of 14%, net profit after tax of NTD 20 million, and earnings per share (EPS) of NTD 0.02, demonstrating the company's resilience and market competitiveness.

Far Eastern Department Store holds its 2025 shareholders' meeting

　　Far Eastern Department Store (FEDS) held its shareholders' meeting on May 20th. In 2024, the department store retail market continued to grow, and FEDS also showed vitality, opening modern and fashionable shopping malls one after another. The fourth generation City series department stores showed obvious transformation effects, driving stable growth in revenue and profits. FEDS Retail Group's consolidated revenue for 2024 is NTD 132 billion, with earnings per share of NTD 1.65 and cash dividends per share of NTD 1.35, maintaining a high cash dividend yield. With the gradual operation of Far Eastern Garden City, it has driven the overall revenue growth of Far Eastern SOGO department store, Far Eastern A.Mart and city’super continues to enhance the uniqueness of its products, increase the diversity of its stores, and strengthen the development of e-commerce by adjusting its operating model to increase profits. Adhering to the business model of innovation and transformation, Far Eastern Department Store has achieved an average annual growth rate of 6.8% in individual revenue and 9% in operating profit over the past 15 years. Its outstanding business performance has made it the best investment target for investors and shareholders.

Far Eastern International Bank holds its 2025 shareholders' meeting

　　Far Eastern International Bank held a shareholders' meeting on May 22 to report on its operating performance for the previous year, as well as its operational strategy of leading with sustainable governance, laying out AI digital innovation, and pursuing long-term stable growth. At the meeting, the 2024 earnings distribution plan was passed, with NTD 0.75 dividends distributed per ordinary share, including NTD 0.5 cash dividends and NTD 0.25 stock dividends, with a dividend payout ratio of approximately 74%. In 2024, the total assets increased by 8% annually, reaching NTD 853.5 billion, and the net profit after tax was NTD 4.297 billion, continuing to set a new record for profitability, with a net profit per share (EPS) of NTD 1.01.
