If there is any dispute, I am willing to take full responsibility for it. I certify that the ARTICLE is not currently under submission nor has been published in any other publications or media.

If the ARTICLE is published in the "Far Eastern Magazine" issued by Far Eastern New Century Corporation (FENC), I agree to assign the copyright of the ARTICLE to FENC, and do not exercise the moral rights to FENC. FENC is free to exercise the right to publish the ARTICLE in the Far Eastern Magazine or to anthologize and to reproduce, grant to digitize, reprint, use for teaching purpose and publication online.
