        Time and foundation

        

        On January 23, lockdown of Wuhan city showed that the epidemic situation was severe. The company established "epidemic prevention and control group" immediately on that day with general manager as the leader, and set up the office of the prevention and control group to formulate the detailed "prevention and control plan during the novel pneumonia epidemic", all departments immediately implement the epidemic prevention measures in an orderly manner according to their duties: the administrative department arranged cleaning and daily disinfection; the purchasing department urgently purchased disposable medical masks; the safety and environment department was responsible for distributing disposable medical masks to the staff. Meanwhile, they also went to the major pharmacies to purchase the epidemic prevention materials, and made control measures of entering the plants, including temperature measurement and registration of visitors. A series of measures laid a solid foundation for the health and safety of employees and the stable production of the company.

        

        No case of infection, be calm

        

        According to the "prevention and control plan during the novel pneumonia epidemic", from January 29, members of the epidemic prevention and control team are responsible for investigating the epidemic situation of employees and manufacturers in their respective jurisdictions. Before 9:00 every day, reporting in the epidemic prevention wechat group, including whether there was any abnormality, isolation, and whether there were people from and to the areas with serious epidemic. The personnel in normal production shall strictly comply with the requirements. The leader on duty shall check the body, working status, mask wearing of the employees on duty and environmental disinfection every day / shift, and implement all prevention and control measures. In case of any abnormality, the emergency plan shall be started in time.

        

        In the "epidemic prevention and control group", the office of the prevention and control group shall share the epidemic situation every day, collect relevant policies, timely convey and sort out the policies and instructions of governments at all levels, strengthen positive propaganda, eliminate panic and stabilize employees' emotions. Everyone works together to fight the epidemic to ensure the stable operation of production.

        

        Strictly control the personnel to enter the factory to prevent infection

        

        1. Strictly implement the factory access system

        

        In order to prevent the spread of the epidemic, strict control shall be carried out for the personnel entering the plant, comprehensive temperature measurement and registration information shall be taken, and strict access system shall be implemented for external personnel and vehicles, so as to reduce the entry of unnecessary external personnel, especially those from the severely affected areas, to implement "key attention shall be paid to prevent the death". In case of abnormal body temperature, cough and cold, it is required to suspend entering the factory immediately, record relevant information and report to the epidemic prevention and control team for handling.

        

        2. Disinfect in all directions, cut off the transmission source and ensure environmental safety

        

        (1) Specific personnel shall be arranged to spray and disinfect the buildings at least twice a day, wipe and disinfect the handrails and tabletops. At the same time, since the disinfectant is corrosive, type C protective clothing shall be provided for the disinfectors to protect their health and safety. Due to the shortage of materials during the epidemic, when the purchased disinfectant is not enough to use, the prevention and control team should organize the relevant units of the company in time to use the sodium hypochlorite solution to prepare the chlorine containing disinfectant.

        

        (2) When it is found that there may be other ways of transmission besides contact transmission of the novel coronavirus pneumonia virus, the epidemic prevention and control team shall immediately formulate the rules for the use of air conditioning and fresh air system, so as to ensure the environmental safety of the on-the-job employees and make them work at ease.

        

        (3) The company has posted "six steps of hand washing" and other epidemic prevention publicity materials to strengthen the concept of epidemic prevention for employees and visitors, and set up special discarding points for masks after use to protect themselves and others.

        

        3. No group, no chat and separate meal system to ensure health

        

        Since February 3, the flexible work system was implemented, and workers who are unnecessary to go to the plant work at home or at a remote place; employees on duty try to reduce conversation. In the dining part, in addition to ensuring the safety, hygiene and disinfection of the food materials of the manufacturer, and strengthening the personal protection requirements of the dining personnel, at the same time, the measures such as the distribution of the lunch box, taking meals alternatively, taking turns to have meal and having meals at the working positions are fully adopted to avoid the centralized meal and cross infection.

        

        Isolation doesn’t make the hearts apart

        

        As the epidemic situation is tense, the company strictly implements the isolation and control of reworking personnel from other places, and arranges separate accommodation for the employees who are staying in the company's dormitory and the Far Eastern firefighters who are returning from other places. At the same time, the administrative department arranges specific personnel to be responsible for logistics support for the isolation personnel, and maintains contact through Wechat and telephone to ensure that the epidemic prevention is in place.
