Far Eastern Department Stores Nancy Hsu President was awarded the "New Taipei Enterprise Hero Award"

        New Taipei Municipal Government held the first "New Taipei Enterprise Classic Award and Women's Hero Award" activity, and the Far Eastern Department Stores Nancy Hsu President won the recognition of the "New Taipei Enterprise Women's Hero Award" for his outstanding performance in leading the transformation of Far Eastern Department Stores. At the award ceremony on September 8, Nancy Hsu President personally attended and said that he would share the honor with his colleagues.

        The "New Taipei Enterprise Hero Award" was selected by the professional jury for half a year, through two stages of rigorous selection. According to the six indicators of "innovative thinking, driving change", "resource integration, improving efficiency", "incentive management, achieving goals", "implementing policies, improving processes", "effective marketing, strengthening services", and "crisis management, rapid response", 10 outstanding female business executives were selected.

        Far Eastern Department Stores has accelerated the growth of new stores in recent years, actively expanding the market share, and Xinyi A13 and Zhubei two fifth generation stores have strengthened their digital development to provide customers with convenient shopping experience. At the same time, through digital innovation and marketing, we have reached out to new generation customers and successfully established a new digital communication channel. According to the survey results of Institute for Information Industry's "2021 Retail E-commerce Consumer Behavior", the Far Eastern Department Stores App ranks the second most commonly used department store apps.

        In terms of employee care, Far Eastern Department Stores has promoted the "Employee Health Promotion Plan" for three consecutive years, encouraged employees to establish sports clubs, made the company a good partner in employee health management, and won the "Sports Enterprise Certification" award issued by the Ministry of Education. In the department store industry, where women are the majority, Far Eastern Department Stores are also committed to creating an equal and respectful workplace environment, promoting maternal health protection programs, and enabling female employees to be at ease in childbirth and childcare.

        In addition, Far Eastern Department Stores spared no effort to invest in social welfare, and held diversified public welfare activities using operating sites throughout Taiwan.
