The Department Store Association Holds a Conference to Lead Members in New Directions

        On February 8th, the Retailers Association of Chinese Taipei held the 3rd member conference of the 8th Far Eastern Department Stores headquarters during the holiday. Nancy Hsu, the chairman of the board, delivered a speech welcoming new members of Shin Kwang San Yue Department Store. During the conference, she praised the excellent practitioners of 2021 and gave a special speech on consumer dispute resolution, net zero, and energy conservation and carbon reduction issues.

        This conference awards and praises 12 outstanding practitioners, among which Tao Yuan Far Eastern Department Stores Wu Dongqian utilized the advantages of community marketing, analyzed data to grasp customer preferences, and launched precise marketing activities based on current events to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on revenue. He was awarded the role of model representative.
