Big City Far Eastern Big City Shopping Malls promote elderly employment counseling and foster a better society

        In response to the arrival of an aging society, Big City Far Eastern Big City Shopping Malls has teamed up with the local group "Old Gamers" in Hsinchu to design a one month special training program for middle-aged and elderly people as well as second time employed women. The program focuses on the catering industry, which is the most understaffed, and includes three stages of learning, internship, and presentation. On July 11th, they held a "Employment Coffee, You Must Not" promotion course for middle-aged and elderly people.

        At the achievement presentation, the elders used all their skills to entertain, order, bake bread, and make drinks, attracting many relatives, friends, and passing customers to come and cheer up. Grandpa Zhang, who participated in the training, expressed his gratitude to the organizers for their thoughtful arrangements. After experiencing this event, he has the confidence to start his second career.
