        Far Eastern Apparel (Suzhou) has transformed its purchased steam ironing table into an electric heating ironing table. By using self-produced steam, it can reduce 100% of the losses caused by purchased steam pipe damage and exhaust emissions leakage. At the same time, the hot water in the dormitory bathroom will be supplied by an air source water heater. After the transformation, a total of 1375 tons of purchased steam will be reduced from the third quarter of 2023 to the second quarter of 2024, significantly saving energy costs and reducing carbon emissions by 416 tons, with an average energy saving rate of 21.69% and remarkable benefits.

Limestone slurry is made from kiln tail ash as a desulfurizer, effectively removing sulfur dioxide from the flue gas. Continuous improvements have been made to facilities such as blowers, variable frequency side mixers, and water resource recycling, effectively saving 3.71 million kilowatt hours of electricity consumption and 218000 tons of drainage. Annual carbon emissions reduced by 2118 metric tons, with an energy saving rate of 80.24%.
