Cross border volunteers shine, Yuan Ze University volunteers achieve new success in service

        Yuan Ze University has achieved frequent successes in the field of volunteer service. The Tai Bei International Volunteer Team, Malaysia International Volunteer Team, and the Extracurricular Activities Group of the Academic Affairs Office have won the "Ministry of Education 2024 Youth Overseas Volunteer Service Outstanding Team - Team Building and Inheritance Continuation Category" special award, third place in the "Taoyuan City Government Youth International Volunteer Service Team Short Film Competition," and "2024 Taoyuan City Youth Volunteer Application Unit Evaluation," respectively. Their service contributions have been highly recognized.

        The Northern Thailand International Volunteer Team has conducted a 15 day volunteer teaching service at Manxingdui Datong Middle School in Chiang Rai Province, Thailand. The course highlights include introductory game development courses, pearl milk tea cultural experiences, wave decoration art creation, and English singing competitions, covering fields such as information, language, aesthetics, and culture, inspiring students' enthusiasm for learning. On the other hand, 12 teachers and students from the Malaysian International Volunteer Corps also went to Hualian Middle School in Taiping, Perak to design innovative courses such as interactive installation robots, technology and art applications, and life chemistry handicrafts, incorporating the concept of Sustainability Development and providing students with rich and innovative learning experiences. The extracurricular activities group of the Academic Affairs Office actively promotes volunteer service and sustainable action by combining diverse disciplinary expertise, and works closely with local communities, receiving high recognition from the evaluation.
