        Far Eastern Department Stores in Kaohsiung responds to the regulations of the Animal Protection Law and has been promoting education and sterilization campaigns for a long time. They regularly hold activities such as the Mao Child Adoption Club, Pet Fun Challenge Competition, and Guide Dog Public Welfare Promotion to introduce the requirements for adopting pets to the public, in order to solve the problem of stray animals. On February 15th, the Kaohsiung Animal Protection Department and the Taiwan Bird Rescue Association were invited to jointly organize the "Male Love Hairy Child Public Welfare Adoption Association", which provided free pet chip implantation and rabies vaccine injection on site, promoting the concept of adopting instead of purchasing and contraception instead of culling, and receiving support from many people.
