        The Ya Tung Department Store building project team under Far Eastern Group integrates operational management resources and promotes multiple optimization measures such as energy efficiency, water resource management, green cleanliness, and procurement, demonstrating a firm commitment to environmentally friendly and sustainable management. It has obtained the LEED O+M: EB Gold Certification, an international green building assessment system promoted by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
