UTagGo App Upgrades eTag Parking Reporting and Free Running Payment Machine

        On October 28th, Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection announced a comprehensive upgrade to the "Invoice/Reimbursement Zone" service on the uTagGo app. The three major upgrade highlights include automatic deduction, efficient reimbursement, and unified correction.                 'True' digital parking does not require sacrificing accounting convenience

        Considering that business travelers value efficiency, the traditional reimbursement process requires car owners to sacrifice the advantage of being able to leave quickly and instead go to the payment machine to print a paper invoice with registration and printing before leaving. Not only does it create the dilemma of "fast parking and slow reimbursement", but it also goes against the original intention of promoting energy-saving and paper reduction policies for electronic invoices. To this end, Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection has fully upgraded its uTagGo App's "Invoice/Reimbursement Zone" service, with three major highlights including:

        1. Automatic deduction: eTag parking members do not need to go to the payment machine to print the unified invoice before leaving, and can leave directly.

        2. Efficient reimbursement: From the day after parking until reimbursement, select the parking transaction you want to reimburse in the reimbursement section of the uTagGo App. The system will then send the electronic invoice issuance information with a unified code to the designated email.

        3. Compilation correction: If you forget to pre-set the compilation, you can use the "Electronic Invoice Issuance Information" function in the "Parking Withholding Record" section of the uTagGo app to make up for or correct it. To protect the accounting rights of car owners, the issuance or modification of invoices is only limited to the "current month" parking records and does not provide cross month modification services.

        ETag parking members only need to go through the following three steps to send the parking lot invoice or roadside parking payment details that need to be reimbursed to the designated email as the reimbursement basis. The whole process can be completed in less than one minute:

        Step 1: Click on "Mine" at the bottom of the uTagGo App homepage and enter the "Invoice/Reimbursement Zone".

        Step 2: Select the transaction type (parking lot or roadside parking) and month.

        Step 3: Check the transaction records that require a parking certificate, fill in the receiving email, and then send it.
