Starting from the second floor of the Baiyang Building and heading north, passing through the World Garden Bridge Peak, the 16th arrondissement of Paris, and the National Century Pavilion, you can reach the Banqiao First Sports Ground by taking the pedestrian bridge; To the south leads to the world of power, the prosperous eastern region, and the Guoding Building; Across from the empty bridge is the New Taipei City Government, which connects Stanford, Banqin Twin Star Building (Eslite Life New Board Store), Pengcheng New Board Commercial Building (Libao Department Store Plaza), and Banqiao Railway Station. It also connects to Taipei New Board Hilton Hotel, Banqiao Caesar Hotel, and Banqiao Station on the New Taipei Loop Line. Running around these buildings takes about 30 minutes and nearly 5 kilometers. For office workers, arriving early in the morning, taking a lunch break at noon, and not rushing to leave after work are all good choices for walking and exercising.

        I have been running during my lunch break for two years. In addition to exercising, I also relax my eyes by looking far away.
