Far Eastern Group Baoda (Ma) Team Building Day

        The Far Eastern Group's team building event for Boda (Malaysia) began in the early morning, with team members departing from Senai Factory and traveling by car to Batu Pahat, Johor. The nearly two-hour drive, although not short, was lively and filled with laughter, much easier than a weekday morning. As the greenery along the way becomes increasingly lush, everyone's expectations gradually rise, after all, this is a rare day to leave the office with colleagues and truly get moving.

                Just arrived at the campsite, unable to fully warm up, the first challenge has officially begun. Rope climbing and obstacle crossing may seem simple, but they require a combination of physical strength, balance, and courage. Stepping on ropes, gripping ropes tightly, crossing wooden stakes, jumping over obstacles, every action tests stability. Several times I almost made mistakes, but the cheers of my colleagues instantly brought our support and trust closer.

        Next is the impressive 'shooting battle' activity, where the moment everyone puts on protective gear and holds a weapon, it feels like everyone has transformed from an employee to a 'warrior'. Everyone is divided into groups to compete, and the scene is full of dodging, running, laughter, and screaming. Although it was a bit painful to be shot, the joy index was full marks, which made everyone completely let go of their restraint and truly immerse themselves in the atmosphere of cooperation and competition.

        The most exciting part is undoubtedly the 'Flying Fox'. When looking down from the high platform, one's legs can't help but tremble, but after fastening their safety gear, they take a deep breath and jump down. The sound of the wind whizzes past their ears, and the originally tense moment turns into pleasure. Watching each colleague fly down with a "both scared and excited" expression, laughter and applause continued, this genuine and pure emotional exchange left a deep impression.

        The "rock climbing challenge" that followed was initially thought to be easy, but soon fell onto a soft cushion, causing laughter and chaos throughout the room. The colleague who successfully reached the summit instantly became the focus of the team. This session once again reminds us that everyone has different strengths, and appreciating and encouraging each other is the most valuable charm of a team.

        In the afternoon, we welcomed the long-awaited "ATV off-road vehicle". The moment we put on the helmet, held the handlebars, and stepped on the accelerator, the mud, slopes, and small puddles all became incredibly exciting. The splashing mud and water, the vibrating car body, and the thrilling curves all temporarily make people forget about the pressure. Although covered in dust and disheveled, this' real dirtiness' has become an unforgettable memory.

        Finally, there was a relaxing "bicycle parade". After a day of challenges, everyone slowly rode their bikes along the campsite, blowing the wind, chatting about laughter, and reminiscing about their bravery and embarrassing moments just now. Their mood gradually relaxed from excitement.

        After the entire team building, although the body was tired, the heart unexpectedly became lighter. Every mutual assistance, every word of encouragement, and every task completed side by side have increased trust, understanding, and cohesion among teams. The two-hour journey from Shina to Batu Pahat was filled with breakthroughs and laughter, as well as a more genuine and close team spirit than usual. Everyone strengthens their tacit understanding in challenges and gathers strength in cooperation. Although they may be exhausted, they are worth it!
