Hualien Far Eastern Department store went to the southernmost point in Hualien,Fuli, which is 100 km far away, to send love.

        On September 18, staff of Hualien store went to Fuli Yongfeng primary schoolto donate supplies and present sweet mid-autumn moon cakes to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with the members of children's League in the rural area.

        Yongfeng primary school, located in the southernmost part of Hualien County, has an aging population structure and uneven resource allocation due to its special geographical location. Hualien Far Eastern Department store was worried that children have too little interaction with the outside world to connect with the society in their growth. So on the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, staff went to Yongfeng primary school to spend the Mid-Autumn Festival with teachers and students and also brought more than 70 polo shirts and 20 boxes of moon cake to encourage children to study hard, use more public facilities, and learn to interact and absorb the knowledge.

        Huang Youcheng, the manager of Hualien Far Eastern Department store, said that the connection of love of Far Eastern Department store has been carried out for nearly 10 years. It is hoped to connect the corner of Taiwan to help those who really need help and break the regional restrictions and gradually ease the resource imbalance between the north and the south.
