Banqiao Far Eastern Department Store attaches importance to ocean issues and participated in 1000 people beach cleaning activity.

        Senior vice president Shi Zhiyao, general manager of Far Eastern Department store in Banqiao District led dozens of colleagues to participate in the "2021 New Taipei environment season" beach cleaning activity in New Taipei City on April 25. In addition to collecting wastes directly, colleagues also used screens and shovels to carry out beach cleaning, only to find that there were many fine plastic debris mixed in the sand, which was difficult to pick up by hand. A total of 1500 kg of marine waste was cleared in this activity.
