        In autumn in Suzhou, the air is filled with the fragrance of osmanthus, the sweet taste of orange, and the delicious taste of hairy crab. In this wonderful season, the partners of the Human Resources Department of Oriental Industries (Suzhou) (Suzhou) organized a meaningful environmental protection and agricultural assistance activity.

                In order to ensure the smooth progress of the event, a special activity group was set up this time, with the lovely recruitment of Meimei pony as the chief planner. The route planning, time arrangement, personnel safety maintenance, etc. were arranged in an orderly manner. As for other colleagues, they were both participants and logistics support members. What's more, in addition to department colleagues, family members are also specially invited to participate in the activity to increase the fun and cohesion of the team.

        At 9:30 in the morning, after the staff gathered on time, they first introduced the family members to each other through the ice-breaking activity, and then launched the first theme activity, "Protect the nature by hand, pick up the appointment". Everyone takes the family as a unit and gets the garbage pickup and garbage bag respectively. We can see that the little cute people are all enthusiastic and fighting to be the environmental protection guards. Previously, children only learned from teachers that "it is everyone's responsibility to protect the environment". But through activities, they can plant deeper seeds of environmental protection in their hearts, which proves that knowledge is not only learned from books, but also needs to be practiced. After all, the memory after personal experience is stronger and the feeling is deeper. I hope these environmental protection guards will continue to maintain good habits and make the environment more beautiful!

        The second theme activity on the stage is "Yilu has you, warm heart helps farmers". In Dongxishan Village, almost every household has fruit trees, such as loquat, jujube, pomegranate, orange, etc. Many families can't climb to pick fruit because their children are not around, so the elderly can only look at the fruit trees with many fruits and sigh. On the recommendation of our friends, we contacted one of the families to help pick this year's oranges. The old man was very happy and grateful for our arrival. He took us to the orchard with enthusiasm and taught us the skills of picking. Colleagues took the initiative to claim the task. Someone climbed the tree, someone packed, and someone loaded the car. They were orderly and energetic, and soon finished the work.

        Through the activity, we also understand that without the support and cooperation of all people, it is absolutely impossible to succeed alone. Therefore, behind the flowers and applause is the crystallization of collective wisdom, the arm of all people and the determination to work together to complete the task. Team spirit is not only the spirit that must be developed and applied in the work, but also the basis for the development and expansion of the enterprise. As long as everyone is willing to work together, help each other, and solve the problems in distress, there is no insurmountable barrier.

        After a simple rest, we came to the ancient village of Luxiang and began a "cultural journey". This is the hometown of Wang Ao, an old man in the Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty. Wang Ao had successively Jieyuan, Huiyuan, and Tanhua. His disciple Tang Bohu called him "the first article in the sea, the prime minister in the mountains". His mother's surname was Lu, so the village got its name.
