        Far Eastern Group has taken over Yu Chang Technical Commercial Vocational High School since 1979. At that time, Far Eastern Textile Company needed a lot of manpower, so it cooperated with the textile department of the school in Cooperative education to set up staff training classes, which not only filled the manpower gap for the industry, but also provided opportunities for students to work and study part-time. Over the past 53 years, after undergoing changes in times and industries, the school's disciplines have also experienced ups and downs. The early established disciplines such as Architecture (1970.08-2003.07), Electrical Engineering (1971.08-1988.07), Comprehensive Business (1973.08-1988.07), Textile (1983.08-1987.07), American Engineering (1986.08-1989.07), Electronics (1987.08-2019.07), and Data Processing (1989.08-2023.08) have gradually ceased enrollment, The Jianjiao Business Class (2018.08-2022.08) and Jianjiao Catering Class (2018.08-2023.08), which were later established in the daytime department, were suspended due to the severe impact of the epidemic on the catering, department store, and retail industries, and the lack of cooperative manufacturers. Currently, the school has five major departments: Information Science (since August 1987), Electrical Engineering (formerly known as "Electrical Engineering" since August 1988), Business Management (formerly known as "Comprehensive Business" since August 1988), Advertising Design (formerly known as "Aesthetic Engineering" since August 1989), and Catering Management (since August 1990). The changes in departments have also witnessed the trajectory of Taiwan's economic development.

        In the past three years, under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, although many industries have withered, there are still many industries thriving. In order to adapt to the development trend of the overall socio-economic and work environment, and cultivate technical talents with modern business professional knowledge and information skills application, so as to have the ability to adapt to social fluctuations and rapid industrial changes, Yu Chang Technical Commercial Vocational High School plans to establish a new "Circulation Management Department", hoping to work together with Far Eastern Group to integrate human and material resources in the four major department store circulation industries, Promote the "Collaboration between Industry and School Cultivation" program, providing students with opportunities for career visits and off campus internships through classes, internships, and special projects, truly integrating with the circulation industry, and inviting practitioners to enter the campus to impart practical experience and strengthen the technical capabilities of young talents, in order to meet the needs of industrial development and youth employment. After entering the workplace, they can become the cornerstone of the enterprise.

        In the part of further education, our school and Asia Eastern University of science and technology belong to the educational institutions under the Far Eastern Group. In view of the fact that Asia Eastern University of science and technology has a Department of Circulation Management and R&D Center, in addition to actively cooperating to develop the partnership of Strategic alliance, we can also handle collaborative teaching, teachers' practical training, production and learning research plans, student internships, etc, To fuel students' learning journey.
