        On August 31, 2023, the Far East Textile Industry (Shanghai) team went to Yangzhou to jointly receive a delegation from the Hangzhou Bay Development Zone, Fengxian District Emergency Management Bureau, and Fengxian Public Security Bureau's Hazardous Management Detachment, along with the Far East Oriental Union Chemical Corporation Petrochemical (Yangzhou) team.

                The delegation from the Hangzhou Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone in Shanghai visited and was received by the safety and environmental protection team led by President Wu Guansheng and Vice President Huang Chengjun from Far Eastern Union Chemical Corporation Petrochemical (Yangzhou). In addition to welcoming them, they also emphasized that the enterprise cherishes every opportunity for improvement and growth. Vice President Huang Chengjun also introduced the enterprise's safety management work to the delegation one by one, showcasing the information system of Yangzhou factory.

        At present, Yangzhou Factory has introduced the OSI system, which integrates the factory risk system, real-time location of personnel and vehicles, financial SAP system, instrument system, safety and environmental protection online system, major hazard management, file management system, vehicle queuing system, alarm system, etc., and constructs an intelligent platform for all employees to use.

        Vice President Lu Jihong of Hangzhou Bay Development Zone in Shanghai bluntly stated that Far Textile Industry (Shanghai) has been stationed in Fengxian Xinghuo District for 25 years and has become a benchmark enterprise for local standardization and orderly management. Now when I come to Far Eastern Union Chemical Corporation Petrochemical (Yangzhou) for research, I can see that Yangzhou factory has achieved remarkable results, not only having its own safety culture, but also conducting refined management.

        After the factory communication ended, the group went to the Safety Emergency Command Center of Yangzhou Chemical Industry Park to listen to the introduction of the Yangzhou Chemical Industry Park Smart Park Management Center platform by Cao Section Chief of the park. When it comes to the digital regulation that everyone is concerned about, everyone stands up to observe the platform display.

        The same dedicated and persistent attitude, as well as the same management difficulties, have enabled professional managers from Fengxian and Yangzhou development zones to exchange resources and discuss how to optimize the construction of safety and environmental protection supervision, information based supervision platforms, and digital transformation empowerment management, providing better services for enterprises. At the same time, both parties also express their gratitude to Far Eastern Group for its glowing presence in their respective regions and facilitating the connection between the two local regulatory teams. In the future, there are expected to be more opportunities for cooperation in areas such as service, development, and safety.

        After the communication ended, the safety and environmental teams of the two factories worked together to review videos, discuss, analyze preventive measures, and further review whether the existing regulations covered the recent safety incidents in Yangzhou and Suzhou factories. Unconsciously, the willow branches have reached the moon, which is our day and the norm for the safety and environmental protection team.
