U-Ming Marine Transport Choo Kiat Ong President was selected for the "Gold Merchant Award" for Outstanding Businessman

        The 77th Businessman's Day and Golden Business Awards ceremony was held on November 1st. The Choo Kiat Ong President, recruited by Douglas Hsu in 2000, has been leading the U-Ming Marine Transport to build a green fleet, setting multiple records in Taiwan's shipping industry and receiving the highest honor for entrepreneurs, the "Excellent Businessman" award.

        U-Ming Marine Transport currently has 72 ships with a total load capacity of 8.77 million tons, of which 94% are environmentally friendly ships, which is much higher than the market average of 32%; The average age of the ship is 5.5 years, which is also much lower than the average age of 11.6 years in the bulk carrier market. Environmental protection and youth are the two major competitive advantages of the U-Ming Marine Transport fleet, and it is also the first Taiwanese company to build LNG dual power bulk carriers. In the future, we will strive to achieve the dual growth goals of a total fleet of 100 ships and a total deadweight ton exceeding 10 million tons.
