Far Eastern Department Stores won the "Retail Innovation Excellence Award" from Baixie

        On January 17, 2024, the Retailers Association of Chinese Taipei held its 8th and 4th Member Conference, awarding the 2022 Retail Innovation Excellence Award and praising 14 outstanding practitioners. Among them, Far Eastern Department Stores won the "Retail Innovation Excellence Award" for "Retail Innovation Building Digital Audit Cloud", and two colleagues were selected as "Excellent Practitioners"; In addition to one colleague who was awarded the title of "Excellent Practitioner", another colleague at Big City Far Eastern Big City Shopping Malls also won the first prize of "Excellent Practitioner" as a model. During the meeting, the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy Chairman Jian Youxin was invited to give a keynote speech on "Trends in Retail Sustainability Development", providing guidance for the future development of the industry.

        The Chairman of the Department Store Association, Nancy Hsu, stated that the performance of the department store industry in 2023 was quite impressive with the efforts of all staff, and the overall revenue has exceeded 400 billion yuan, setting a new historical high.         It is worth mentioning that the "Retail Innovation Building Digital Audit Cloud" project, which won the "Retail Innovation Excellence Award", mainly involves integrating data from the parent and subsidiary companies for auditing, promoting paperless auditing operations, improving efficiency, saving costs, and sharing resources, achieving carbon reduction and environmental protection, and enhancing green governance. The award-winning colleagues from all department stores in Taiwan are also outstanding. Even in the face of a brief downturn in work, they can reignite their service enthusiasm with enthusiasm, earning praise from the judges. Baixie pointed out that the focus of observing the post epidemic economic trend is on the consumption situation during the 2024 Lunar New Year period, and hopes that peers can promote the development of the domestic demand market through precise marketing.
