I will gain a lot in 2024, and I hope to continue my regular routine and increase my exercise frequency in 2025. Safety and health are my biggest expectations. This year, our family is about to welcome our second baby and become a family of four. In addition to hoping that Erbao can be born healthy, I also hope that my weight can smoothly return to before giving birth. In addition, I hope to manage my time well, spend more time with my parents, take good care of my children, and also have appropriate leisure time to maintain a happy body and mind. In the new year, I will also work hard to improve my quality of life through promotion and salary increase, so that I and my family can have a better life, and arrange a long lost overseas trip to leave beautiful memories. 2024 is a special year for me, and I am honored to step into the door of Far Eastern Group. The transition from campus to society has brought me a lot. My position is customer service, which is also the key to customers' experience in the mall. Thanks to the care and guidance of my colleagues and leaders, I have successfully adapted to customer service work and gradually familiarized myself with the process of handling problems. When customers come to seek after-sales treatment, I know how to start from their feelings, uphold patience, and answer questions seriously. Although I often went shopping since I was young, it wasn't until I truly entered the workplace that I realized that there are complex processes and knowledge involved in operations, promotion, and investment attraction, and I need to constantly improve my communication and coordination skills. I hope that in the future, I can improve my ability to handle customer complaints and unexpected events, and I also hope that Far Eastern Group will rise in the east and travel a thousand miles a day.
