ESG Summit, International Green and Smart Transportation Forum, and Smart Transportation World Conference debut, Far EasTone Telecommunication showcases sustainable technology leadership

 The "2025 ESG Summit" will be held from August 26th to 28th, focusing on core sustainability issues and covering policies, industries, and innovation. As the most influential sustainability dialogue platform in Asia, Far EasTone Telecommunication has partnered with Far Eastern Memorial Hospital to showcase the innovative technology model of "5G remote diagnosis and treatment" driving sustainable healthcare, as well as the achievements of Far Eastern Memorial Hospital's ESG sustainability actions. They have also been invited to participate in the "Technology and Sustainability" forum, with the theme of "Technology Carbon Reduction: The Practical Path of Telecommunications Industry towards 2048 Net Zero", to share how Far EasTone Telecommunication combines AI technology to achieve low-carbon operation and assist the industry and public sector in achieving net zero transformation. In addition, Far EasTone Telecommunications, the Telecommunications and Intelligent Transportation Technology Development Foundation, and the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy held the 12th International Green and Smart Transportation Forum on August 19th, inviting land, sea, and air transportation operators such as the Six Cities Transportation Bureau, Taiwan Port Corporation, Taipei Metro, and Taoyuan Airport, scholars, and experts to share the landing technology applications of smart transportation and exchange the achievements and prospects of smart transportation in Taiwanese cities.
The 31st ITS World Congress will be held in Atlanta, USA in August 2025. Far EasTone Telecommunications will assist ITS Taiwan in planning the ITS Taiwan and Georgia Department of Transportation Smart Mobility Forum, facilitating the first exchange of smart transportation construction between representatives from the Federal Department of Transportation's Office of Smart Transportation, the American Smart Transportation Association, the Georgia Department of Transportation, the Atlanta Transportation Authority, and representatives from Taiwan's six major transportation bureaus.
