Far EasTone Telecommunication deeply cultivates smart zero campus and achieves impressive results in smart charging

 Far EasTone Telecommunication, with its independently developed Energy Management System (EMS) as its core, has assisted over 15 colleges and universities in planning energy related projects, and has partnered with Chung Hsing University to build the first "campus microgrid" in Taiwan to receive subsidies from Taiwan Power, continuously expanding the smart campus landscape. At the "2025 Asia Pacific Sustainable Expo" that just ended in September, Far EasTone Telecommunications showcased its innovative application of "Smart Zero Campus", which also attracted attention. Guests including President Ge Zixiang of Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, General Affairs Director and Permanent Director Xiao Ruixiang of Tamkang University, and Deputy Executive Director Xiong Shimin of Tzu Chi Foundation came to the booth to exchange ideas.On September 25-26, Far EasTone Telecommunication participated in the "2025 National Taiwan University College Information Administration Directors Seminar (CCDS 2025)". In addition to showcasing two independently developed enterprise level management platforms, the "Far EasTone Telecommunication Intelligence" AI platform and the "Enterprise Intelligence Battle Center," Far EasTone Telecommunication shared how to assist colleges and universities in building an AI university and driving the transformation of smart campuses by leveraging data and practicing sustainable AI practices.
In response to the government's 2025 net zero transformation policy, Far EasTone Telecommunication is actively expanding its public domain "smart charging" territory, obtaining smart charging contracts for nine large public domains including parking lots, universities, and tourist attractions. The number and amount of projects are leading the industry. After completion, the service scope will cover Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Nantou, and Hualien Taitung, and a 240kW super fast charging 12 gun system will be built for the Hualien Taitung Valley National Scenic Area. The related charging station equipment will be unveiled at the Asia Pacific Sustainable Expo in September, demonstrating its leading position in smart charging services.
