Far Eastern International Bank receives three Brandon Hall International Human Capital Management Excellence Awards

        Far Eastern International Bank participated for the first time in the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards, which is known as the "Oscars of the human capital management industry". It won three major awards including gold, silver, and bronze medals, and the award-winning projects spanned the fields of talent management and learning and development, fully demonstrating the bank's investment and span in talent strategy development, and received recognition from the international jury.

        Far Eastern International Bank has won the gold medal for Best High Potential Development with its "Mid Level Potential Talent Development Program". The program focuses on enhancing the digital transformation leadership of middle-level executives over a 24 month training period, assisting the bank in implementing its digital transformation strategy layout, demonstrating its determination and specific achievements in cultivating future leadership talents. In addition, the bank has won the silver medal for "Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development" and the bronze medal for "Best Use of Assets for Talent Management" through its "Sustainable Reading Project" and "Promotion Evaluation Associate Manager Training Project" respectively, demonstrating that the bank's talent development strategy has reached international standards.
