元智大學大數據中心團隊榮獲國際情感分析競賽亞軍

　　元智大學大數據與數位匯流創新中心社群媒體分析團隊，參加SemEval-2016國際競賽（International Workshop on Semantic Evaluation 2016），榮獲第二名。

　　元智大學資工系碩士生何雲超在資管系教授禹良治、楊錦生及資訊學院院長賴國華的共同指導下，以深度學習（Deep Learning）方法，在MAEμ（Micro-average）指標獲得第二名，該指標主要用於評估系統預測誤差之強健性（Robustness），其成果將於6月12～17日在美國聖地牙哥NAACL 2016會議中進行論文發表。

YZU Innovation Center wins Silver Award in 2016 SemEval

YZU team of Social Media Analytics, supported by Innovation Center for Big Data and Digital Convergence, wins the Silver Award in International Workshop on Semantic Evaluation 2016 (SemEval-2016).

Three professors advised Yun-Chao Ho(何雲超), the graduate student of Computer Science and Engineering,  to accomplish the research of Deep Learning Method under the MAEμ(Micro-average), which evaluates the robustness of system prediction error.  Two of professors are from Dept. Of Information Management: Liang-Chih Yu(禹良治)  and Chin-Sheng Yang(楊錦生). Dean of Computer Science and Engineering K. Robert Lai (賴國華) also joined the research.  The research paper will be published in NAACL 2016 of San Diego on June 12-17, 2016.
