全球最佳大学排名  元智上榜

　　英国泰晤士报高等教育特刊公布2015至2016年全球最佳大学排名，今年排名扩大为前800大，台湾共有24所大学入榜，元智大学为台湾私立大学名列第五名，全球排名第670名；排除医学大学後，元智名列私立大学第二名，成绩不俗。

　　泰晤士报高教特刊今年扩大调查大学数量，从去年的400所增加至800所，以教学、研究、引文、国际展望、工业收入等5指标，细分产业的研究收入、声誉调查、研究被引用次数、国际学生人数、国际学者共同发表学术论文数量等13项分析，从全球各地1万7千多所大学中，筛选2千所大学进行调查评比。

YZU ranks the fifth best private university in Taiwan: The Times Rankings

According to The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2014-2015 list, Taiwan has 24 universities listed. YZU is the fifth best in private schools, 670th in the global category, and the second best without the Medical School ranking.

The Rankings expands from 400 to 800 schools, and judges world class universities across all of their core missions - teaching, research, knowledge transfer, international outlook and industry income. Based on these categories, the Rankings evaluate 13 criterias including research income of industry, reputation, citation, numbers of international students, numbers of international scholars’ papers. The Rankings select 2000 from 17 thousand universities globally.
