The retail business of Far Eastern Group responds to carbon reduction policies, with FE SOGO Department stores and Hsinchu Far Eastern Department stores holding separate events to promote electronic invoices; Due to its excellent performance in promoting the use of electronic invoices by customers, Zhubei Store was awarded the "Outstanding Business Person Using Electronic Invoices" medal by the Ministry of Finance in its first year of operation.

The "2023 Korean Wave Charm lies in Far Eastern Department Stores" Korean Product Exhibition has made its debut in Far Eastern Department Stores across Taiwan, offering authentic cuisine and delicious items, allowing the public to experience the overflowing Korean style in autumn. The first wave from today to September 5th will be led by Ya Tung Department Store, Banqiao Zhongshan Store, Taoyuan Store, and Zhubei Store.

The timing has arrived in October, and one can feel a slight coolness in the morning and evening. Coupled with the Double Ten consecutive holidays, it is a great opportunity to plan tourism. On July 20th, Far Eastern Department Stores held a "Thank you for smiling and goodbye" event, led by Douglas Hsu and Nancy Hsu President, to thank everyone. Taichung City Far Eastern Department Stores connects resources to send love, and collaborates with World Vision to hold the "Half Market" from July 8th to 9th. On July 15th, the FE SOGO Department stores in Zhongli also invited the Zhongli Five Quan Parent-child Museum of the Social Bureau of the Taoyuan Municipal Government. The 2023 Harvard Business Review global traditional Chinese version of the "Second Taiwan Best Female CEO" selection list has been released, with Far Eastern Department Stores Nancy Hsu President and Far Eastern International Bank Ching Ing Hou Chairman standing out from fierce competition and both listed on the top 20 of the IPO list.

On July 21, 2023, the third TSAA Taiwan Sustainability Action Award ceremony was held. Eight affiliated enterprises, including Asia Cement Corporation, Far EasTone Telecommunications, Far Eastern Department Stores, FE SOGO Department stores, Far Eastern Big City Shopping Malls, Everest Textile, Yuan Ze University, and Far Eastern Memorial Hospital, won a total of 15 awards.
