SOGO Second-hand Uniform Donation to Northern Thailand

        In order to extend the life span of items, SOGO has donated out-of-season uniforms to China Camp in the Northern Thailand since 2016. This year, it donated 478 sets,25 boxes of summer uniforms of 2016 for the third time, which will be used as teachers' and students' uniforms in local Chinese schools to implement recycled economy and the spirit of caring for the disadvantaged people.

        The donation scheme was supported by the Caritas Taiwan. The foundation provided long-term support to the disadvantaged residents in Thailand and Burma. Due to the shortage of materials and a large demand for clothing, SOGO proposed the idea of donating uniforms. With the help of the foundation, the second-hand SOGO uniforms with exquisite design and good fabrics make the recipients very happy and reduce waste and lighten the burden of the earth.
