Multiple channels to receive labor insurance of the death of family members

When both the insured and the deceased are of Taiwan nationality, they can apply for family death benefit according to any of the following channels after completing the death registration:
Pipeline 1: notification of application through the household authority
When the insured goes to the household office to register the death of his family members, he may take a photocopy of the passbook of the insured ' Information. If you are unable to go in person, you need to prepare a separate "power of attorney" and a photocopy of your passbook for the trustee to apply for.
Pipeline 2: application for using natural person certificate

Pipeline 3: written application
The insured shall directly fill in the "application form and payment receipt for death payment of family members of labor insurance" (it can apply by itself without the seal of the applicant), and attach a photocopy of the passbook of the insured's domestic financial institution, and send it to the labor insurance bureau by post or in person. However, compared with the notification by the household authority or the application of natural person certificate, the written application needs to go through the processes of mail delivery, mail service delivery, receiving by the labor insurance bureau, application acceptance key record, and sending to the death payment department for examination, which is about 2 to 5 working days longer. If correction, verification and other operations are required, the required working days shall be calculated separately.
In addition, if the insured or the deceased are not domiciled in China, the Bureau will not be able to confirm the kinship between the deceased and the applicant through the account information.
