Far EasTone Telecommunications TPKC Cloud Computing Center won the first platinum award in the APIGBA Awards design category

        Organized by the Asia Pacific Smart Green Building Alliance (APIGBA), the third "Asia Pacific Excellent Smart Green Building and System Products Award" was held on March 29th at the awards ceremony. The Far EasTone Telecommunications TPKC Cloud Computing Center stood out from numerous entries and was unanimously recognized by jury members from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and Singapore, winning the "Design Platinum First Award", To enhance the visibility of Taiwan's smart green buildings internationally, Chee Ching President personally attended to receive the award.

        The Far EasTone Telecommunications TPKC Cloud Computing Center, located in the Far Eastern Group Communication Park in Taipei, was completed in early 2020. The design philosophy is to practice sustainability, optimize operational efficiency, and convey agile culture. The exterior of the building integrates technology and modern elements, while the internal structure is paired with the natural ecological environment of the park. Energy saving facilities are installed, such as external air and wind wall cooling Water resource recycling and light sensing curtain systems, as well as the use of 5G Big Data+AI+IoT related technologies, will develop a commercial smart building management platform with intelligent environmental control, energy conservation and sustainability, intelligent security, and agile office as the main axis.

        Through a visual, 24/7, and cross functional intelligent monitoring center, managers can engage in remote decision management, promoting enterprises to create agile offices that combine health and comfort, mobile office, collaborative collaboration, and digital applications, thereby assisting in improving operational efficiency and actively practicing environmental sustainability. In addition, this award is also highly recognized by smart green building industry experts in the Asia Pacific region after the Far EasTone Telecommunications TPKC Cloud Computing Center was awarded the "Green Building Diamond Mark and Smart Building Diamond Candidate" by the Ministry of the Interior in 2020!

        In order to achieve the net zero goal, Far EasTone Telecommunications recently announced its official participation in the "Global Renewable Energy Initiative RE100" led by the Climate Group and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), and promised to achieve the goal of 100% use of renewable energy by the company by 2040, contributing to a sustainable environment!
