Hualien Woodcarving Art Exhibition Far Eastern Department Stores Grand Exhibition at Zhubei Store

        In order to promote aboriginal craftsmanship and culture, the Far Eastern Department Stores in Zhubei, in particular, plans a wood carving art exhibition with the Hualien County government to show the creation of Ami craftsmanship and wood carving, and invites Kakaw Mayaw, the winner of the 2012 Third Indigenous Crafts Award and one of the original craftsmen in Hualien County, to participate in the exhibition. On the same day, Yang Wenke, Chief Executive of Hsinchu County, Xu Zhenwei, Chief Executive of Hualien County, and Lin Changfeng, Chief Operating Officer of Far Eastern Department Stores all attended the press conference. The wooden carving art of indigenous peoples is renowned internationally. This art exhibition focuses on tribes and presents the ancient life stories of indigenous peoples and nature.
