 On May 7th, Jiangxi Yadong Cement officially launched the Smart Mining Complex Building. Zhang Zhenkun, Executive Director and Yu Jianping, Deputy Executive Director of Asia Cement Corporation (China), as well as Tian Long and Yao Yuguo, Vice Presidents of Jiangxi Yadong Cement, attended the completion ceremony, witnessing the solid steps taken by the mine towards the goals of safe production, energy conservation and emission reduction, smart operation, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.
Jiangxi Yadong Cement actively utilizes the group's technology in the field of intelligent control, combined with the experience of digital transformation in mining, to carry out the construction of smart mines and launch a "one-stop" solution, committed to technological innovation, improving quality, and reducing costs and increasing benefits.
The Jiangxi Yadong Cement Smart Mine Complex covers an area of 600 square meters, with a construction area of approximately 3000 square meters, and a cumulative investment of over CNY 5 million. The new central control room will merge the original 5 crusher control rooms with the limestone stacker to achieve optimal manpower allocation; At the same time, the dust, noise and vehicle GPS online scheduling mechanism in the production process of the mining area are also integrated into the centralized monitoring of the smart mine, which can present the mining area operation status through the platform Visualization and provide the original data of production management. At present, the hourly output, energy consumption, equipment operating parameters, and belt power generation of each crusher can be displayed on the large screen and automatically generate reports.
In addition, the mine is actively introducing unmanned driving applications, and it is expected to achieve some unmanned mining vehicles this year. The on-site crushing and conveying equipment will also be automatically monitored and warned through laying tracks and introducing intelligent inspection systems, further enhancing the level of mine intelligence. In the future, all production links in mines will apply intelligent functions, including dynamic monitoring, emergency rescue, dispatch and command, operation management, energy consumption control, and other aspects, to help enterprises create greater economic and social benefits.
