Mark: I'm going to visit our offices in the US. I'll be in Seat for a week, then fly to Boston to attend the annual sales conference I'm going to several branch offices in the United States. I'll be in Seattle for a week before flying to Boston to attend the annual business meeting
Sandra: That should be fun and interesting (It sounds very interesting.)
Mark: Have you been there? Have you been there before
Sandra: Many times! I used to visit our offices across every year before I was transferred to Taipei (I have been there many times! Before being transferred to Taipei, I often went on business trips to overseas branches every year.)
Mark: Do you have any tips for me? I only have a few days to get ready Do you have any tips you can provide me with? I only have a few days left to prepare
Sandra: Of course The U.S. A. is what they call a salad bowl; You'll be amazed how multicultural and diverse it is. It will be a great experience for you (Of course! The United States is what they call a salad bowl, accepting various cultures and preserving space for each culture, much like stirring salads in a big bowl, mixing them all together, but keeping everything intact. You will be amazed by its multiculturalism and diversity. This will be a great experience for you.)
