Yuan Ze University's Development of a Line Automatic Communication System for Motor Systems

 Yuan Ze University has developed an efficient Line automatic response system in the Internet Laboratory of the Electrical Engineering Department, which can interact with users through various graphic and textual multimedia. In addition to being used in puzzle games, it also provides functions such as calling, activities, navigation, and marketing. It can be used in shopping malls, hospitals, and other scenarios, saving service manpower and making life more convenient. The laboratory is currently working with "Youhuo Co., Ltd." to carry out the "Airport Task: Flight Safety Promotion Reality Puzzle Game" at Taoyuan Airport. From now on until September 17th (open 24 hours a day), citizens can use their phones to scan QR codes or connect to the website, and participate in the reality game under the lead of the event protagonist "Peach Sauce" through Line. At the same time, they can use interesting props from the airport to interactively solve flight safety issues. Answering the correct number of questions can participate in a lottery, The prize includes gifts such as iPhone and round-trip airfare.
Professor Guo Wenxing, the host of the laboratory, stated that it has been a trend in recent years for businesses to interact with users through official Line accounts or FB fan pages. The programmable system developed in this project is far more powerful than the Line backend, not only able to respond to users' status, but also connect to various resources, and even connect with other enterprises or data or services on the internet.
In addition, it is also very convenient for manufacturers to launch activities using this system, without the need for any programming. As long as they have art design and game processes, they can launch diverse services. The programmable reply system has a wide range of applications and has passed various testing in stores, business districts, schools, and other fields in recent years. It is currently applying for a patent. In addition to continuously launching various games and activities in the future, we also plan to negotiate and cooperate with different businesses such as shopping malls and hospitals, and combine professional skills such as traffic analysis and crowd management, as well as integrate payment and ChatGPT functions, to provide rich and diverse services.
