In the future, both parties will deepen cooperation in B5G and AI, jointly using the Global Application Programming Interface (API) to provide differentiated services, building smart and energy-saving networks with AI, and continuously exploring the latest network evolution technology of B5G, striving to improve network efficiency and user experience, and moving towards net zero Sustainability Development. At the same time, Far EasTone Telecommunications, in collaboration with internet giant LITEON and the Center for Biodiversity Research at Academia Sinica, showcased the "5G AI Soundscape Collection Device". Combining technologies such as 5G real-time transmission and AI Soundscape Analysis, the public can listen to the calls of Taiwanese frogs and endemic bird species through on-demand functions, which has now become a powerful tool for building ecological databases.

        In terms of sustainable action networks, Far EasTone Telecommunications has achieved impressive results by using Ericsson's "AI Smart Energy Saving Network Application" in 2023, with an average energy saving of 25% and a maximum energy saving of 46% for some periods of time for base stations. This year, the two sides will deepen cooperation and use AI technology to promote the further upgrading of smart energy saving networks, including automatically monitoring the energy saving status of cells at each site, monitoring and predicting network traffic, and using AI to calculate the best energy saving mode to assist Far EasTone Telecommunications in continuously reducing network carbon emissions. In addition, through Ericsson's latest generation network architecture and software and hardware products, network resources can be deployed and managed more quickly, creating a more energy-efficient, secure, reliable, and efficient mobile network.

        In addition, Far EasTone Telecommunications showcased its "5G Ambulance" in collaboration with Ericsson at MWC, which operates through 5G independent networking (Standalone, SA) network slicing. It can transmit high-quality first-hand pathological information during emergency rescue, enhancing the quality of emergency and critical care before hospitalization; And many heavyweight applications, such as the 5G AI Voicescape Automatic Collection Device, have been developed in collaboration with Netcom giant LITEON and the Biodiversity Research Center of Academia Sinica. The soundscape composed of biological sounds and environmental sounds is an important indicator of biodiversity. The Biodiversity Research Center of Academia Sinica records soundscapes across Taiwan to understand changes in the ecological environment. However, it faces challenges such as the inability to install recording equipment in mid to high altitude areas, unstable power supply, susceptibility to moisture on recorders, and inability to transmit sound in real-time. In addition to providing a base station as a recording field for free, Far EasTone Telecommunications also participates in the development of a "5G AI sound scene collection device" to improve recording equipment installation and power supply stability. Through Far EasTone Telecommunications' network, audio files are instantly transmitted to the urban cloud center, solving the problems faced by Academia Sinica.
