Far Eastern Department Stores, Yuan Ze University accompany with love and bring warmth thousands of miles away

        Taichung City Far Eastern Department Stores deeply cares for children in rural areas. On July 10th, the volunteer team of "Let Love Travel Far Flower Treasure Public Welfare Love" visited the Daguan Branch of Taichung City Heping District Kindergarten, invited teachers from the Lion Mansion Workshop in Lugang Town, Changhua County to introduce lion dance culture, and led children to draw lion dances to cultivate their creative thinking; On July 22nd, I went to the Taichung City Service Office of the Angel Heart Family Social Welfare Foundation to lead the children to learn shopping skills at convenience stores, train their self-reliance, and bring people with mental disabilities closer to the general public.

        To welcome the peak season of summer camp, Yuan Ze University's international volunteer team from northern Thailand went to the Chiang Rai Overseas Chinese School, Manxingdui Datong Middle School, to hold a 15 day volunteer teaching service. With the help of donated recycled laptops from the Asus Cultural and Educational Foundation, toy backpacks and teaching materials from the Toy Library, and funding from the Ministry of Education, Asus and other units, they provided information, language, aesthetic and cultural education services to over 1500 students. Teachers and students from the Department of Art and Design also went to Hualian Middle School in Malaysia to engage in international volunteer services, planning diverse courses such as interactive installation robots, interactive technology art, life chemistry handicrafts, and emotional management. They also donated pineapple cakes and recycled laptops provided by Asus computers. On the other hand, Yuan Ze University's "Global Culture Navigation Program" has respectively advanced to Happy Elementary School and Highland Elementary School, holding the second "Global Art and Happy Performance" English Camp and "Global English Fun Summer", where foreign students guide children to confidently perform on stage, and also lead students to experience board games, campus treasure hunting, and foreign traditional dances from various countries, accompanying children to spend a fulfilling summer vacation.
