Yuan Ze University signs contract with Tian Sheng Hospital to create future nursing elites

        The first full enrollment of the nursing department at Yuan Ze University has promising development potential. Following the establishment of cooperative relationships with Far Eastern Memorial Hospital and Landseed International Hospital, on September 10th, President Liao Qingrong of Yuan Ze University and Dean Zheng Guilin of Tian Sheng Hospital, the legal representative of Nan Taoyuan Tiancheng Medical Association, signed the "Memorandum of Education Cooperation" and the "Nursing Public funded Student Cultivation Project" to support 10 nursing students. Each student will receive a maximum of NTD 22000 scholarship for 4 years, with a cumulative amount of NTD 6.2 million, providing strong economic support for the cultivation of nursing talents. Vice President Xu Zezhi of Yuan Ze University, founder Zhang Yumei of Tiansheng Hospital, and other distinguished guests all joined in the grand event.

        Principal Liao Qingrong stated that Tiansheng Hospital enjoys a high reputation for its medical technology and nursing services. Through the nursing scholarship system, not only can students receive financial assistance during their studies, but they can also ensure employment opportunities and contribute to society by applying what they have learned.

        The scholarship from Tiansheng Hospital will be distributed over four years, increasing annually according to grade level. The subsidy amounts for each semester from the first to the fourth year are NTD 60000, NTD 70000, NTD 80000, and NTD 90000 respectively; In addition, if students perform well during the semester, an additional NTD subsidy of 20000 will be provided to assist nursing students in focusing on their studies, reducing their financial burden, and providing them with a stable career starting point.

        Chief of the Nursing Department, Su Yinghua, emphasized that the cooperation between Yuan Ze University and Tian Sheng Hospital and Landseed International Hospital, the two largest regional hospitals in southern Taoyuan, will further enhance the medical and nursing level in the region, cultivate more outstanding nursing talents for local medical institutions, and inject new impetus into Taoyuan's nursing services.

        The Nursing Department of Yuan Ze University will continue to invest resources to enrich various software and hardware teaching equipment, and deepen cooperation with major hospitals to provide the highest quality education and learning environment, helping students master the most advanced professional knowledge and skills.
