        Digital transformation has become an important trend in modern medical services, and Far Eastern Memorial Hospital actively promotes the "Go mobile" initiative. On July 8th, it partnered with Dongbai Information Technology and the United Credit Card Center to launch the "Medical Record Online Application Platform" ahead of the rest of Taiwan. On August 20th, it held an online results presentation for the "Medical Record Application e-Key, Easy to Complete at Home" platform. The public can complete medical record applications at home through this platform without downloading the app, achieving a one click service experience that not only saves time but also protects security and privacy.

        This press conference will provide a detailed introduction to the system development concept, information security design, identity verification, and card payment flow operation process, and share practical application results. Several VIPs from the Ministry of Health and Welfare will attend to guide. Dr. Chiu, Dean Kuanming, pointed out that Far Eastern Memorial Hospital has always been at the forefront of technological innovation, closely following the process of medical digitization, in order to provide convenient and efficient medical services and solve the problems caused to patients in the complex process of medical record application. Since the platform was launched until August 19th, more than 50 people have successfully applied for medical records through the system, with a total of 116 electronic medical records applied for. The satisfaction rate has exceeded 90%, indicating that the platform's application effectiveness has been highly recognized by the public. In addition, the system effectively reduces the workload of hospital colleagues in identity verification, responds to society's expectations for ESG, and achieves a win-win situation for the public, colleagues, and society.
