Among them, Asia Cement Corporation won the "Corporate Governance Award" for the first time; Far Eastern Department Stores not only won the "Health and Hygiene Promotion Award" and "Corporate Sustainability Report Award", but also received a special silver medal; FE SOGO Department stores also won the "Human Investment Award", "Health and Hygiene Promotion Award", and "Green Leadership Award"; Big City Far Eastern Big City Shopping Malls has once again won the 'Social Welfare Development Award'.

This year, Asia Cement Corporation has been recognized with the "Corporate Governance Award" for its concrete actions in promoting integrity management and strengthening corporate governance. This is the seventh time the company has been awarded the ASIA Award, demonstrating its comprehensive effectiveness in governance transparency, integrity culture, and sustainable management. K. Y. Lee President stated that Asia Cement Corporation has always upheld "integrity" as its fundamental principle and continues to cultivate a culture of transparent and responsible governance. This award is not only a recognition of the company's system and culture, but also encourages the team to move towards higher standards of ESG responsibility and sustainable governance. He emphasized that integrity management is not a slogan, but a core principle of decision-making. Asia Cement Corporation adheres to the principle of "zero tolerance for bribery", continuously improves its management system, and transforms integrity into a key advantage for enterprise risk management and brand competitiveness.
In terms of integrity governance practice, Asia Cement Corporation has introduced the ISO 37001 anti bribery management system since 2022, and has established a sound and effective institutional framework, which has been promoted to all employees and subsidiaries. All directors of Asia Cement Corporation and employees in Taiwan have signed the "Bribery Prevention Policy Compliance Statement", demonstrating the joint commitment of the company's senior management and grassroots to integrity management. As of the end of 2024, there have been no violations such as corruption, bribery, conflicts of interest, money laundering, or insider trading, and the bribery prevention and management goals have been achieved 100%. To strengthen ESG sustainable governance, Asia Cement Corporation has incorporated ESG performance into its executive compensation mechanism and applied an external performance evaluation system to the company's board of directors. The evaluation results for 2025 have all achieved a score of 4.8 or above on various indicators, demonstrating the effectiveness of the board's governance. In the future, we will continue to deepen the corporate governance structure, strengthen risk control and ethical governance, and combine international standards and internal practices to implement the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through actions, moving towards sustainable and socially beneficial progress for enterprises.

Far Eastern Department Stores has been awarded the "Corporate Sustainability Reporting" and "Health Promotion" awards by the Area this year. The "Corporate Sustainability Reporting" award has been won for four consecutive years, setting a record for the first time in the department store industry. Moreover, due to winning a total of 12 awards over the past 6 years, Far Eastern Department Stores has been specially awarded a silver medal by the organizers, demonstrating the company's sustainable performance and outstanding achievements in long-term ESG cultivation, and has received international recognition.
Far Eastern Department Stores has been compiling sustainability reports since 2015, communicating the company's sustainability actions and performance practices to stakeholders, and setting up a sustainability section on the company's official website to expose more relevant information, improve the transparency of corporate sustainability development information, and demonstrate the importance of corporate social responsibility. On the other hand, Far Eastern Department Stores has long responded to SDGs and United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3, "Promote Health and Well being," by using department store space to organize diverse health promotion activities such as blood donation, dance competitions, parent-child sports events, and evergreen achievements exhibitions, advocating a vibrant and healthy social atmosphere. Regarding employee health, Far Eastern Department Stores has been promoting the "Employee Health UP" program for six consecutive years, striving to create a safe, hygienic, healthy and friendly workplace environment through five major aspects and ten actions.

FE SOGO Department stores Taiwan retail top student

Since the launch of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in 2015, FE SOGO Department stores have been leading the industry with sustainable innovation and diversity. Since 2019, they have won a total of 18 AREA awards for seven consecutive years. This year, they once again demonstrated outstanding practicality and won three awards, including the "Investment in People" award for six consecutive years, the "Green Leadership" award for the sixth time, and the "Health Promotion" award for the second time.
Sophia C.W. Huang Chairman stated that FE SOGO Department stores believe that corporate responsibility is not only about being environmentally friendly, but also about being kind to society.
