In September 2025, in the event of the dam break of Matai'anxi Barrier Lake in Guangfu Township, Hualien County, Asia Cement Corporation Hualien Plant quickly dispatched heavy machinery and professional manpower to the disaster area, supported disaster relief equipment, and fully assisted in mud removal and post disaster environmental recovery. In January 2026, the Ministry of Environment issued a thank-you note. In the future, the Hualien factory will continue to uphold its original intention and take action to protect Hualien, becoming the most solid support on the ground.#
