Far Eastern New Century Corporation has been awarded the highest honor in the global talent development field, the ATD "Excellence in Practice Award"

        Faced with the challenges of the new era, Far Eastern New Century Corporation has launched a nearly three-year "Mid to Senior Talent Development Plan" since 2022, cultivating the next generation of leadership talents with green manufacturing, international management, and business development capabilities. It has won one of the highest honors in the global talent development field, the ATD "Excellence in Practice Awards," showcasing the international competitiveness of Taiwanese enterprises in talent cultivation and organizational development.

        As a leading global supplier of recycled polyester, Far Eastern New Century Corporation not only focuses on sustainable materials and recycled economy, but also actively strengthens its talent and organizational capabilities. The "Mid to Senior Talent Development Plan" is promoted in three stages: talent assessment, talent management, and talent development. Firstly, a potential and performance inventory is conducted for about 600 mid to senior managers, and high potential talents are selected through a nine grid calibration mechanism; Secondly, introduce a succession planning system to integrate talent development with corporate strategy; Finally, through leadership courses, action learning projects, internal lecturer systems, and team competitions, a complete learning cycle of "test learn practice test" is established.

        The course focuses on core competencies such as communication, collaboration, leadership, digital, and agility, with the flagship action learning project being the Wolf Warrior Program. The students proposed solutions to practical issues such as sustainable growth, intelligent applications, and cross-border integration, strengthening practical applications and cross departmental cooperation. The training content can be directly applied to work, greatly enhancing project execution, cross departmental collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Many students are more proactive in initiating cross departmental cooperation mechanisms to promote the organization's transition from traditional vertical management to horizontal collaborative relationships.

        Far Eastern New Century Corporation has expanded this model to its mainland base and will continue to promote it to overseas locations such as Vietnam, the United States, Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines, establishing a consistent talent standard and global succession team across the entire group.
