Far Eastern Memorial Hospital holds' 2026 Taiwan India Smart Healthcare Seminar 'to enhance local screening capacity

        To deepen cooperation between Taiwan and Indonesia in the field of smart healthcare, Far Eastern Memorial Hospital, in collaboration with Advantech, Industrial Technology Research Institute, and the largest private healthcare industry in Indonesia, the Association of Private Hospitals of Indonesia (ARSSI), jointly hosted the "2026 Taiwan India Smart Healthcare Symposium" in Jakarta on June 18th. This forum focuses on smart hospital management and explores how to optimize processes through digital technology. Ambassador Hong Zhenrong of the Taipei Economic and Trade Office in Indonesia, Dr. iing Ichsan Hanafi, President of the Indonesian Private Hospital Association, and Vice President Zhang Zhihong of Far Eastern Memorial Hospital all delivered speeches in person on the same day.

        On June 22nd, the "Remote Medical Fundus Screening Ceremony" was held again at Mandara Eye Hospital in Bali. Far Eastern Memorial Hospital combined the Far EaseTone Telecommunication remote medical platform with Jinhong Technology's fundus mirror equipment to construct a more complete ophthalmic image remote screening mode. This project is supported by the Ministry of Health and Welfare's "New Southbound Medical and Health Cooperation and Industry Chain Development Plan" to assist remote areas in obtaining immediate and professional eye care.
