Far Eastern Department Stores sends warmth and care to local families during Dragon Boat Festival

        On the eve of the Dragon Boat Festival, Far Eastern Department Stores in Hualien selected 60 well-known Dragon Boat Festival gift boxes from exotic food restaurants and donated them to the physical bank of Hualien City Office on June 5th, hoping to allow more families to share the taste of reunion during the festival.

        Far Eastern Department Stores in Kaohsiung has also partnered with Kaohsiung Municipal Success Special Education School to hold a charity donation event for the "Zongxiang Chuanai Love, Happy Dragon Boat Festival" love gift box, deepening the "S (Social)" social responsibility aspect of ESG, and receiving a thank-you letter from Principal Yang Yiwen.

        Far Eastern Department Stores in Hsinchu launched the "Dragon Boat Festival Love Warmth Heart Fundraising Zongzi Charity Donation" campaign, which received enthusiastic responses from colleagues, manufacturers, and customers. On June 10th, a total of 750 love zongzi were donated and transferred to disadvantaged families in Hsinchu City through the Social Affairs Department of the Hsinchu City government.

        The Zhubei store also launched the "Dragon Boat Festival Love Warmth Action" and donated the 108 boxes of star rated famous zongzi gift boxes raised to the Hsinchu County New Resident Family Service Center, spreading blessings to more families in need of care.

        On June 11th, Far Eastern Department Stores in Tainan donated 140 fundraising gift boxes, which were then transferred by the Tainan City Government's Social Affairs Bureau to vulnerable families to deepen local care.

        Colleagues from Taoyuan store donated gift boxes to the Taoyuan Family Service Center before June 11th, hoping to inspire more businesses to participate in public welfare through this initiative.
