1.get down to business(进入主题)
Good morning everyone. Looks like everyone’s settled in. Lets’ get down to business, shall we?(大家早安。大家似乎都就定位了, 那我们就开始进入正题吧!)
2.on the same page(彼此获得一致的讯息)
Are we all on the same page regarding this upcoming event? If so, let’s move on to the next topic.(关于这个即将到来的活动,我们都达成共识了吗?若是如此,我们就进入下一个主题。)
3.just to make sure/ just so(很快确认一下)
Before we move on to the next topic, I just want to make sure that I understand you correctly. You’re saying…(在我们进入下一个主题之前,我想要确认您的说法。您是说……)
4.game plan(计画)
This is a brilliant idea. I believe what we need is a proper game plan for this proposal.(这个想法很棒。我想,我们需要制定一个适当的计画来执行这个方案。)
5.to get it off the ground(实施计画)
As far as the game plan goes, we need to work hand in hand in order to get it off the ground.(一旦这个方案开始执行,我们需要合作完成计画。)
6.get right on it (马上着手开始)
Brilliant! It’s all set. We’ll get right on it.(太好了,一切都就绪了,那我们马上着手开始。)
7.…with ____on that …(同意…某件事观点)

情境范例
Mark and Sabrina are in an internal business meeting…(Mark和Sabrina正在进行内部会议)
Sabrina:Looks like everyone is settled in. Let’s get down to business. Just to make sure that we are on the same page regarding the new product launch?(看来大家都准备好了,那我们开始进入主题。快速确认一下,关于新产品上市,大家都达成共识了?)
Mark:Thank you Sabrina. We will get right on that. Speaking of which, we are planning to hold the first press conference and launching event in 2 months. Do you have any thoughts on that?(谢谢 Sabrina ,我们马上开始着手进行。提到新产品上市,我们计画在两个月后举行第一次的记者会和产品上市的发表会。关于这部份,你们有任何想法吗?)
Sabrina:We really like the sound of that. We need a game plan to get it off the ground.(听起来很棒,我们需要制定一个计画来实践它。)
Mark:I’m with you on that and working on it. We sent you the updated project executive plan last Wednesday and we’ll walk you through the details later. A rundown for the upcoming press conference will be provided by Friday.(我同意您的说法。上週三已将更新的执行企划书寄给您,细节稍后与您逐一确认。记者会的流程将会在週五前提供。)
