        Far Eastern New Century Corporation Chemical Fiber General Factory is a very family-oriented workplace. Although dormitories and gyms have access control, occasionally there will be family members or neighbours to exercise. It is also remembered that there was a national elementary school child in his early years who often came to play table tennis with young colleagues and waited for his parents by the way.          If we take 20 years as a generation, there are three generations of people in Far Eastern Group very frequently.         In the early days, kindergartens were attached to the factory for the convenience of colleagues to balance work and family. Although kindergartens were later suspended because of the lack of children, the textbooks, teaching aids, books and even graduation photographs were still sealed up in the classroom like time capsules. Today, kindergarten venues have become clubs and activities in the factory. Place.
        
         The tail tooth performance at the end of each year is a major event of the chemical fiber factory. Unlike other science and technology industries and financial industry, it always pays a lot of money to invite famous orchestras and singers to sing and dance. Most of the performances in the factory are performed by colleagues from various units. Although there are not many activities nowadays, they were large-scale clubs that gathered people's hearts at that time. In addition to the group trainers after work, when there are wedding and funeral festivals, the members of the clubs will play together.          With the development of the times, there are also photography clubs, yoga clubs, hot dance clubs, mountain climbing clubs, boxing aerobics clubs, and coffee clubs established recently in response to the coffee boom. In particular, Far Eastern Group Coffee Club has skipped the field of amateur associations, cooperated with professional coffee maker Heiwo, held a monthly teaching course, and introduced Heiwo coffee in the factory, so that coffee is not only a drink, but also a linguistic enjoyment of colleagues. Perhaps in the near future, the chemical fibre factory will set up more associations, generation after generation, continuing the tradition of the family, gathering the hearts of every Far Eastern Group.
