FEG held the "2019 joint conference of the affiliated enterprises"

        Far Eastern Group held the "2019 joint conference of the affiliated enterprises" at Far Eastern Plaza Hotel, Tainan from December 1 to 6. The theme of this joint conference "A New Far Eastern Beyond" revealed that Far Eastern Group has entered the 70th anniversary. The time corridor has also been specially built outside the venue to lead you to review the important milestone of the past 70 years, and it was expected to help the leaders of various industries continue to transform and grow through rich agenda, so as to create a brilliant future.

        

        The agenda of the conference this time was rich and wonderful, and many lecture and forums were planned. At the first stage, Li Shiguang, Chairman of Institute for information industry and Taiwan's industrial institute, was invited to share that digital technology drives innovation and transformation of enterprises. In addition, the forum "looking forward to the century, the future is critical" was jointly held with Manager. Lu Xipeng, the specially-appointed professor of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Chen weiru, the executive section chief of Alibaba Internet Center, and Alain Crozier, the senior vice president of Microsoft worldwide, explored the sustainable growth strategy of enterprises from the three major axes of talent, business model and technology. The second speaker is Li Jiren, professor of International Business Department and section chief of creativity and entrepreneurship center of National Taiwan University, who provides more ideas on enterprise transformation strategies through case studies. Xiang Bing CKGSB Founding Dean, and Zhuang Shufen, Chairman of Taiwan WWP Group and Vice Chairman in the greater China of Ogilvy & Mather, were invited to give thematic speeches and discussions on the global impact of trade frictions between China and the United States and the talent cultivation of generation Z respectively in the "innovation and revolution forum" jointly held with Common Wealth Magazine invited. In addition, the conference also planned the "Exploration of blockchain" activity, which gathered five experts from the industry and government, including Xu Yuren, member of the Legislative Yuan, Zheng zhenmao, deputy section chief of the National Development Commission, Wu bocang ,co-founder of KKFarm and OurSong, Du Hongyi, Chief Strategy Officer of Taiwan Internet authentication, and Song Xierong ,Chief Executive Officer of Consensus Innovation Ltd., they further explored blockchain, an important technology and hoped that leaders of all industries would have a deeper understanding of the development and application of blockchain. This year's industry reports were presented as a team, everyone can exchange and learn from each other in the future vision and transformation plans and learn from successful experiences.

        

        

        This year, the "Gathering of the outstanding of FEG" which the two stages can interact was moved to Kaohsiung Exhibition Center, where Professor Yu Hao from International Institute for Management Development, Switzerland, was invited to discuss thinking of transformation with the audience. In the meeting, the "Far Eastern Group Spirit Award" and "Far Eastern Group Energy Saving Award" were also be presented to commend the teams and individuals who have made significant contributions to the group. In response to the anniversary of the group, “Public Welfare Award for the 70th anniversary” was added to demonstrate the group's dedication to social welfare.

        

        In addition to the intellectual courses, there are also wonderful leisure activities to help the audience relax, including the "Far Eastern Group talent show" which gathers all kinds of talents, the intoxicating Michelin feast, and the  A New Far Eastern Beyond Concert" which was performed in the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts. It was expected that through multiple agenda activities, all directors can accumulate energy to create the next growth peak for FEG!
