Far Eastern International Bank has been recognized by the national training quality management system for its talent cultivation and appreciation. On November 3, it was awarded the gold medal unit award in the Talent Quality-management System of Ministry of Labor of Executive Yuan on November 3. It is the only financial institution to obtain the award this year.

Since the introduction of the TTQS system, the general office of human resources of Far Eastern International Bank has been adhering to the spirit of continuous improvement and continuously optimizing the management process and system. The training quality and effectiveness have been repeatedly affirmed by the competent authorities. It has won four TTQS awards, namely bronze in 2014 and 2015, silver in 2017. In addition to winning gold medal in 2019, it is the only financial institution that has won the TTQS gold medal, and it was also affirmed by Ministry of labor and has obtained training subsidies for 17 consecutive years, and the cumulative amount has exceeded 9 million yuan, which is the highest record for the banking industry to receive subsidies and awards.
