Unite family strength to build the dream of Jiangxi Yadong Cement.

        In order to deepen the employees' family members’ understanding of the company and strengthen their sense of identity, Jiangxi Yadong Cement held the first employees’ family day on May 22, attracting 50 families, 144 employees and their families to participate in the activity. The scene was full of laughter and joy.

        In the early morning, although the sky drizzled, it did not reduce the excitement of the children. After the family members of the employees gathered at the gate of the company at 8:10, they took three buses to the first stop, the second factory. After passing through the temperature measurement channel at the gate of the plant, everyone listened to the director of the second plant in the car to introduce the situation of the plant in detail, and then factory manager Li Yutian led the family members to visit the energy center, so that they could have a better understanding of the cement production process.

        Then they came to the second stop - ecological park and green mine. All the family members were amazed at the well planned vegetable garden, orchard, fish pond, and breeding farm at the first sight of the agricultural ecological garden transformed from the factory. The fruits, vegetables and poultry here can be used as food materials for the company's canteen. The children also happily picked and tasted the fresh ripe peaches. Later, they came to the exhibition hall of the mine to watch the introduction film of green mining area, understood the process of mining and greening restore of mining area, and visited the nursery cultivation room.

        The third stop should have been the forest park. Due to the rain, it was changed to the multi-function hall of the administration building of the first factory. President Yu Jianping first extended a warm welcome to all the family members of the employees who participated in the activity, introduced the development of the company, and finally expressed his sincere thanks to all of them. He hoped that the family members could rest assured of the working environment of the employees, understand their hardships, and be a "good wife". After that, families began to organize parent-child activities in groups, and tasted snacks and drinks prepared by the company. They cheered for the team, and the laughter of the children and adults echoed in the hall. At the end of the game, the preparatory group gave each of the children a set of colored pens. They are allowed to search for suitable places in and around the administration building for one hour, draw their favorite scenes in the activity, and then give them to the judge. Finally, President personally presented awards to the top three children.

        In addition to sightseeing, parent-child games, painting competitions and other activities, the organizer also specially prepared nutritious and diversified lunches for them in the company canteen, including French fries, sweet and sour spareribs, fried chicken, meat and fruits. After enjoying all kinds of delicious food, the children returned home by bus at the gate of the canteen.

        With the strong support of the leaders, the hard preparation of the staff, and the joint efforts of the families, the event was successfully completed. It not only gathered a united and harmonious enterprise atmosphere, but also received unanimous praise from the family members of the staff. Everyone expressed that they had a better understanding of the development and achievements of Jiangxi Yadong cement through the event, and they were also proud of their work. In the future, they will give more support to family members to help the development of Yadong Cement.
